History

The MONTPELIER NORDIC Portfolio Management Service has developed as clients recognize the value in placing their investments under an actively managed service. Equally we understand that in today's advanced investment world client's are demanding a higher and more sophisticated service. A key to our success has been increasing the value we provide to our clients and keeping up with their rising expectations. Our reputation for superior service has proven to be a valuable differentiator in the highly competitive financial planning market.

Consistent Communication

MONTPELIER NORDIC have multiple channels for communication with clients. This includes direct channels such as telephone contact and indirect channels through tools such as the Internet. Regardless of the channel a customer chooses at any particular moment, the quality of that interaction is directly related to our ability to provide complete information within the context of the interaction. To accomplish this objective, we leverage the feedback gained from our clients and use it in an intuitive manner thereby ensuring Customer Excellence. Superior customer service is also predicated on the ability of each person in the organization regardless of role or responsibilities, providing a consistent experience for each customer. 

The Portfolio Team will be providing you with ongoing service, support and advice in relation to your investments. Additionally we will provide you with regular updates and full quarterly reviews that will provide detail on any changes to fund allocations that we have made as part of the discretionary managed service. 

The idea of the team format is that not only will you benefit from a dedicated contact point but also your investment strategy will be based on a collective consensus of opinions as opposed to that of an individual, which could be influenced by individual preferential bias.
